The loyalists of the former Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun who defected to the caucus of the All Progressives Congress, APC led by the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on Wednesday, met with the leaders of APC in Abeokuta South Local Government.

The APC chairman, Hon. Henry Fagbenro told Amosun’s loyalists that they have made the right decisions by joining forces with the progressive group.
He said Abiodun-led APC would be glad to work with them, adding that the interest of the state surpasses any other.
Fagbenro added that, unity in the party will make it stronger and more focused on its growth and development agenda.
He said, “We are happy that you have made the right decision to join Abiodun in State building for a better Ogun State.
“We assure that there will be no discrimination, afterall, we are all APC members. I want us to work together for a better Ogun State under APC.”
