The Shepherd in Charge of Celestial Church of Christ, Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa Parish Wasinmi Abeokuta Prophet Rabi Oluwatomisin Ewuajolo has said that Nigeria may have a devastating end if the Federal Government fail to formulate policies that will put an end to challenges facing the country.
Prophet Rabi Oluwatomisin Ewuajolo disclosed this while speaking with newsmen at the Church premise located in Wasinmi, Ewekoro local government area of Ogun State as part of activities marking the Church 22nd Adult Harvest of the Church .
He said that Nigeria is facing turbulent economic problems , calling on the Federal Government to formulate policies that will address it.
The cleric urged the Federal Government to quickly look into implementing policies that will go a long way to ameliorate the current economic situation.
He urged Nigerians particularly the leaders to lead by example assuring that if righteous leaders are put in position of authority, the nation will continue to witness good and accelerated development.
The Prophet was optimistic about a better nation, but warned that both the leader and the led have great work to do as God has given Nigeria all it needs to survive .
While going down memory lane, the founder of the church submitted that the national symbols of Nigeria are divinely given to it and these symbols showed that Nigeria can attain greatness again if all the resources are harnessed for proper usage.
Speaking on the need for the convocation of the national conference, Prophet Oluwatosin said all the regions of the country are divinely blessed, but without proper discussion and over reliance on Petrol has been the albatross affecting the development of the country.
He said the challenges facing Nigeria are not exclusive.
According to him, no country gets everything it looks for, therefore, it is important to know God.
“God has given us Nigeria. This land is a land flowing with milk and honey.
“If you say good things about Nigeria, aligning with God , you will find the goodness of Nigeria
He called on youths to properly harness their time to a worthy course rather than wasting it on frivolities.
Part of his suggestions were that youths should embrace innovations and technology rather than spending their time on things that will not edify them.
“The government should equally put some policies in place that have direct bearing on the lives of the local people such as making available little money for them as incentives for their business.
“The government should seriously be up and doing to make sure that the inflationary rate is controlled and to bring in place some measures that will make people happy and make the economy more stable,”
Speaking on the theme of the 22nd Adult Harvest of the Church, the Shepherd in Charge of the Church said the theme of the harvest is titled: ”Harvest of The Mysteries of God”, is divinely given to unlock the blessings of God and His love to mankind.
He highlighted the activities lines up for the harvest to include the release of prophecies of God to His people, Marathon prayer, sports and sporting activities, and seeking the face of God through gospel music.
He revealed that the Church has also procured a 33KVA transformer to power the Church and the adjoining community after years of toiling to get one
While appreciating God for the feat, Prophet Oluwatosin said for more than Eight years, he and the Church had been saving to have a better transformer that will supply electricity to the Church and the community.
While thanking God for the accomplishment of the dream, he thanked all those who participated in making the dream become a reality.
