The Special Assistant to Governor Dapo Abiodun on Inter-ethnics affairs, Hon. Monday Chukwuji has urged Nigeria youths to shelve planned protest billed to commence on August 1 – 10.
Abiodun’ aide disclosed during the presentation of an award of excellence to the Council Chairman, Ewekoro Local Government, Hon. Sikiru Adesina
According to Hon. Monday, the award is in appreciation of Hon. Adesina’s immense contribution to the progress and development of Ewekoro Local Government
He urged Nigerian youths to shun violence and dialogue with the government, saying such decision would not solve the current economic crisis being faced in the country, but rather damage what the government had put together over the years.
Hon. Monday while describing Hon. Sikiru as best Chairman maintained that his achievement within his three years in office can not be forgotten in the history of Ogun State.
He admonished the Nigerian youths “To surrender themselves for capacity building and also place their priorities rightly to be able to meet the demands of a new Nigeria struggling to grow with the global economic realities.”
The Special Assistant to Governor Abiodun also visited his people in Agbara, urging them to continue to support the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun.
