Abeokuta, Ogun State – The Atiku Support Organisation today convened its first meeting of 2024, rallying state support groups under its umbrella to align and strategize post-2023 election efforts. This landmark gathering took place at Spices Meeting Hall, Okelewo, Abeokuta, marking a renewed commitment to political engagement and strategy.
Dr. Atinshola Oludare, a distinguished member of the G17 National Management Team of the Atiku Support Organisation, addressed the assembly and the media, expressing gratitude towards the numerous groups for their unwavering dedication and support. Dr. Oludare highlighted the importance of grassroots mobilization and encouraged continued collaboration with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to ensure the success of the state’s initiatives.
In his remarks, Dr. Oludare also extended a special thanks to gubernatorial aspirant Oladipupo Adebutu and Akinlade for their valiant efforts in the recent elections and subsequent tribunals, underscoring the spirit of perseverance and resilience.
The meeting was well attended, with participation from approximately 78 state coordinators representing various groups across the state. Dr. Oludare urged all members to foster unity and work cohesively towards common goals, emphasizing teamwork as the cornerstone of future successes.
