62nd Independence: Nigeria 'll emerge stronger, surmount present challenges- Yomi FAJ 
A member of Ogun State House of Assembly, representing Ijebu North East State constituency, Hon. Fasuwa Johnson,  has felicitated  with all Nigerians on the occasion of Independence Day, admonishing all to have unity of purpose and keep fate with the Country in this trying times, which of course is global.
Yomi FAJ in a press release made available by his Media Aide referred to Nigeria as the  greatest gift our Founders gave to us.
He further encouraged Nigerians to use this freedom as an opportunity to chase both individual and collective dreams and visions.  
The multi-award winning assembly member said "We all should have the imperative to strive together, and achieve a common good for the betterment of our lives and our country, no matter how we tour the world, home remains home, ours is Nigeria"
"When we say Nigeria is exceptional, it is not that our nation has been flawless from the start, but then we have shown the capacity to change, persevere and make life better for all of us. Despite our many challenges, in brotherhood, we have surmounted our ills and achieving an egalitarian society.
"We remain the most powerful and most respected black Nation. Our youth, our drive, our diversity and openness, our boundless capacity for risk and reinvention means that the future we desire is achievable”
While appreciating the efforts of past heroes and heroines, he appealed to  all leaders to use the opportunity they have today to make education affordable, create jobs, protect our homeland and actualize the Nigerian dream, especially now that the Country will be electing new leaders. He however used the medium to urge Nigerians to work for the victory of the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, affirming that he is right candidate to govern the Country.
He also urged the residents of ogun state to support the re-election of Prince Dapo Abiodun.
Yomi FAJ prayed for continued peace and prosperity of the country.
