Hon Ismail Shoyoye, a former councillor ward 14, Abeokuta South Local Government Ogun State, has been elected as sole candidate for the forthcoming local government election which is scheduled to hold in November.
Hon. Ismail shoyoye scored 15 votes to defeat other aspirants.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Ismail Shoyoye appreciated the ward executives and leaders of the party for their support, commending the leaders who elected him.
He thanked them for believing in his vision, promising not to betray the trust and confidence reposed in him .
The candidate lauded the passion and commitment of other aspirants who contested with him for the progress of ward 14.
