The new transport scheme will help cushion effect of fuel subsidy removal and alleviate the sufferings of Bayelsans as a result of the ban in tricycle operations at night.
Hands over vehicles to Bayelsa Transport Company for management
To increase vehicles in the fleet over the time.
The vehicles for now are intra-state and intra-city. They are not running inter-state for now.
Keys to the vehicles were handed over to the General Manager, Bayelsa Transport Company, (Hon.) Chief Imomotimi Fanama, who was earlier introduced to the event by the Commissioner for Transport, Grace Ekiotenne.
