IThe inauguration of the Tenth House of Assembly of Ogun State will hold on Tuesday, June 13 , following the dissolution of the Ninth Assembly and the issuance of proclamation for the holding of the first session of the Tenth Assembly by Governor Dapo Abiodun.
A release by the Clerk\Head of Legislative Service, Mr. ‘Deji Adeyemo indicated that the inauguration was in line with Section 105(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, (as amended).
The release stated that the inauguration would include election of presiding officers and the administration of Oaths on Members-elect.
According to the release, the event would take place at the Hallowed Chamber of the Assembly Complex, Oke Mosan at 10:00a.m. prompt.
The release further enjoined the Members-elect, Guests and other Government Functionaries to be seated by 9.30a.m. prompt.
