Babatunde Raji Fashola all made the Ministerial list of President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

A security expert, Otunba Adejare Adegbenro and Kaduna state governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai were also considered as part of the cabinet list.
According to the leaked list, Hon. James Faleke has been considered as Minister of Special Duties, Nuhu Ribadu as National Security Adviser (NSA), while Mallam Nasir El-Rufai was considered as Secretary to the Government of Federation (SGF).
Dr. Babajimi Benson was speculated to be the Special Assistant to the President on Domestic, Otunba Adejare Adegbenro as Senior Special Assistant on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while Dr. Nasir Sani Gwarzo was considered as Head of Service.
Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello also made the list as FCT Minister, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Benin Republic, Tukur Buratai made the list as Minister of Defense.
The Media Aide to the President-elect, Mr. Bayo Onanuga was mooted as Minister of Information.
Others are: Dr. Festus Keyamo (SA Media and Publicity), Dr. Dele Alake (Ambassador to USA), Nyesom Wike (Minister of Interior) Babatunde Ogala (State House Counsel), Babatunde Raji Fashola (Attorney-General of the Federation), Prof. Ben Ayade as Minister of Agriculture and Senator Ken Nnamani as Minister of Works and Housing, while Senator Godswill Akpabio has been considered as the Senate President.
