The All Progressives Congress, Ogun Central, Ori Omi Like-Minds in Abeokuta North Local Government has postponed the party planned to celebrate the victory of the President-elect ,Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Senators-elect, Reps- elect members and Assembly-elect members in Ogun Central.
The group decided to throw a big party to celebrate the victory of the winning team on the 30th of this month
But the group after their meeting today decided to shift the party till further notice.
A Chieftain of the party, Alhaji Lateef Olawale Olatunbi, popularly known as Akara who spoke to newsmen on behalf of the group said that the decision to postpone the victory party was as a result of the announcement by the State Government that all 20 Local Governments in the State should celebrate the victory of our party on 29th of this month.
Alhaji Olatunbi appreciated the sponsors of the victory party towards ensuring that the it holds as scheduled.
He maintained that planned party will not hold again on the 30th of this month
Alhaji Olatunbi thanked the party leaders, youths, members of the party and the sponsors for their understanding, adding that the new date for the party will be communicated soon.
