Report reaching Newsangle online says that construction has begun on Pelican estate road as promised by the Pelican Valley boss.
It was gathered contractors have moved to the site to start work on the estate road.
The real estate company has announced on Monday that a sum of One Billion Naira has been earmarked for roads rehabilitation and construction in her estates both at Laderin and Kobape, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The CEO of Pelican Valley Nigeria limited, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, who breaks the cheering news to Property Reporters in Abeokuta during a guided tour of the Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate said Mr. Cyprian Emesuruman, an expert on concrete roads and interlocking stones with over thirty years of experience had been commissioned to commence immediate direct labour construction of the roads, starting from the Pelican Valley Estate, Laderin.
Adeyemo said the contractor had been mandated to deliver the Pelican Valley major roads before May 18, 2023 to mark his birthday.
The Pelican Boss also mandated immediate commencement of interlocking stones production at the Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape by 19th of May 2023.
The road contractor who had maintained over a decade-long relationship with the CEO will carry out the road works, especially at the newest Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments, Pelican Brief Estate, and also the mother of all Estates, the Pelican Valley Estate, where unusual homes happen.
It was gathered today that contractors were seen working on the site with procurement of construction materials and equipment delivered on site.
