The Primate and Founder of Mount Jieawowrrah, All Saints Church of Christ, Aladura, Bishop Bisi Ademosu has told Nigerians to look forward to seeing a credible, hitch-free, free, fair and acceptable general elections come 2023.
Bishop Ademosu also advised Nigerians to pray fervently to God to see the nation through the 2023 polls.
The Bishop stated this during a special service on Saturday at the Holy Jieawowrrah Mount, Ikosa Quarters, Odogbolu Ogun State.
He said,” Achieving free, fair and credible elections in Nigeria is possible if the citizenry are ready to seek the face of God and pray fervently for God to deliver the nation from the cloak of the locust and oppressors and grant to us an election that will usher in good governance and orderliness.
” The good lord is interested in seeing that Nigeria succeeds, but her people must be obedient and seek the face of God, especially in this very important period where it is about to be on another threshold of history ahead of the 2023 general election”, he said.
Speaking further, he called on those in position of authority to strive to end all forms of killings, maiming, kidnapping and acts contrary to the doctrines of God as contained in the holy book.
He stated further that the Military and other security agencies have a lot of roles to play by rising to the occasion to assist the government achieve the goal of securing lives and property of her citizenry.
According to the man of God, a government, individual, nation or people that fear God and accept his doctrines will be above board in ensuring that the society becomes a better place through good governance and orderly living.
He prayed for God’s continuous protection, blessings and love among Nigerians.
A large number of worshippers from all walks of life attended the special service at the Holy Mount Jieawowrrah day.
The Primate and Founder of the Mount Jieawowrrah, All Saints Church of Christ, Aladura and some members of the Church have been at the holy Land since the beginning of this month on a 21 day fasting and prayers to mark the 2022 annual Jieawowrrah day celebration.
The event will climax on the 21st of this month with a vigil to be characterised by various spiritual exercise,while the prediction for the year 2023 will be unveiled.
